Ana is a digital humanist and public relations consultant. Her work in recent years has been mostly focused gendered views of PR, (digital) storytelling and public relations evaluation and measurement and CSR.  She has served American and European clients, both from the profit and the non-profit sector including Netlog from Belgium, Help Our World from Brazil, Coca-Cola in Romania, Deloitte in the USA, Fresenius Kabi in Germany and Continental Tires. She is currently a Professor of Public Relations/Corporate Communications at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. Prior to her role there, she held lecturing and research posts in the UK, Belgium and Bahrain. Since 2015, she has chaired the Digital Communication Awards, an exciting competition celebrating innovation, creativity and strategic applications of digital communications. In 2019, she launched Women in PR, a podcast series featuring interviews with women that have embraced PR (as research or practice or both) and made it shine.
