The AMEC awards are open to all communication professionals who uses measurement in PR and communications work including but not restricted to: Measurement intelligence, research and insights companies PR and communications agencies Media agencies Digital and social teams Data specialists In-house communications teams – all sectors (private, public, government and not-for-profit). Can I enter the same campaign in more than one category? Absolutely! you can enter as many categories as you wish with the same campaign. What is the eligibility period? 14 February 2023 to 22 July 2024 Can I enter an on-going campaign for an Award? Yes, you can. The majority of the campaign just have taken place between 14 February 2023 to 22 July 2024. It cannot have been entered into the AMEC Awards 2023. What is the closing date for entries? 1 July 2024 end of your business day – Early Bird Discounted Entry Deadline 22 July 2024 end of your business day – Final Start Your Entries Deadline 2 August 2024 end of your business day – Final Edits to Entries Deadline All entries must be paid for and complete by Friday 2 August, midnight in your timezone. Can my entry remain confidential? The responsibility for advising AMEC of any confidentiality restraints imposed by clients shall lie with the company submitting the entry. AMEC will work with you to ensure that clients who wish to remain anonymous will do so to the public. It is advised, to increase your chance of success, to allow the judges to know who the client is. All judges are under strict NDA not to disclose anything. AMEC shall not be held liable for any failure by the company or agency submitting the entry to supply such confidentiality details. What if I miss the entry deadline? We regret extensions will not, under any circumstances, be granted beyond the final deadline of Friday 2 August 2024 to keep to the timetable of judging submissions. You will be notified that you have been shortlisted on Monday 23 September 2024 the shortlist will be published on the AMEC website. How do I collect any Awards we win? Award winners are revealed at the Ceremony and Dinner on the 7 November in London and are collected then, any winners unable to collect their trophies in-person will be responsible for onward shipping costs from London for 2024. Can I see examples of previous winning entries? Yes you can, AMEC turns Gold Award winning entries with permission into case studies as a resource, you can see a selection of Gold Winning entries here When will the winners be announced? The AMEC Awards will take place on Thursday 7 November 2024 at an evening ceremony and celebration dinner in London, UK – final date and venue to be confirmed nearer the time. If someone in our organisation is a judge, can we still enter the awards? Yes. The judge will be recused from judging your entry. Judges can only access the entries that they have been asked to score. Will my contact details be kept private? Your personal data that AMEC collects will be processed by AMEC. It will be kept confidential and secure once received. AMEC does not sell or rent personal information to other organisations. AMEC will use the personal data to provide you with information, products and services on AMEC. Entry fees Entry fees must be paid online at the time of completing the submission.
