Ángel Alloza

CEO - Corporate Excellence, Centre for Reputation Leadership

My professional career has always been closely linked to Reputation, Brands and Communication and I must admit it has been an exciting journey so far. The adventure began in the Strategic Analysis unit of Argentaria and continued in BBVA Group, where I had the privilege to lead the bank's global strategy on Communication, Brand, Reputation and Intangible Metrics. Now, the trip continues, with more enthusiasm if that is possible, in Corporate Excellence - Centre for Reputation Leadership, the think tank of reference when referring to intangibles assets. Perhaps it is the legacy of my past as a market researcher in Alef, J. Walter Thompson, and Millward Brown, but the truth is that I love to learn and I feel lucky to be able to do it everyday together with my great team, but also with my family and my wonderful grandson. Yes, I'm already a grandfather! Being a tireless reader I decided once to be on the other side. I have published several articles and some books, with some good reviews, which motivates me to keep writing. And I teach too. I believe that teaching others is one of the most rewarding actions. For me it's a gift to see how my students discover their own strengths and fly on their own. I love being around people with motivation and a strong sense of purpose, people who pursue their dreams with passion and perseverance. I also have a dream and I know for sure it's a shared dream: that Corporate Excellence helps improve the world thanks to the contribution of excellent companies. This dream is expressed very well when we say: "Leading by Reputation"
