New Co-Chair Announced for the AMEC NFP Special Interest Group (SIG)

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Perrin, Principal Communications Specialist at the ADB Office of the Principal Director, Department of Communications and Knowledge Management as the new Co-Chair to support the activities of the AMEC Not for Profit special interest membership community with Chair Camille Raymond, Head of Evaluation of Communications, OECD said;

“I am pleased to announce Andrew Perrin as the new co-chair for the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC). Andrew brings a wealth of experience and expertise in strategic communications and development work.

Andrew currently serves as the Principal Communications Specialist at the ADB Office of the Principal Director, Department of Communications and Knowledge Management. In this capacity, he manages strategic communications for ADB operations in Central and West Asia, leading the Bank’s social media program. His distinguished career includes notable achievements as an award-winning journalist and foreign correspondent in Australia and Asia, earning him prestigious awards such as the Henry R. Luce Award for Editorial Excellence, the Society of Publishers in Asia Award, and the Amnesty International Press Award.

With a strong record of achievement in strategic and corporate communications, Andrew has significantly contributed to project and policy development at ADB. His innovative work in editorial production, marketing, and dissemination has enhanced the quality and impact of ADB’s knowledge program.

Andrew holds a Master’s in Development Communications from Malmo University, Sweden. His dedication to producing impactful content and campaigns aligns seamlessly with AMEC’s mission.
