Elections to the 2022 AMEC Board of Directors – vote now!

We are delighted to announce that due to the number of candidates standing for the elections to the AMEC 2022-23 Board,  we now move to a Ballot in the following categories: Full-Member, Research and Associate. The primary member contact will be emailed and directed to access the category ballot which will be open from 20 October 2021 until the deadline of Thursday 4 November 2021 at the end of the business day in your time zone.

Members are invited to vote* in the AMEC Board Director ballots now open, download the relevant category ballot forms and see all nominated candidates.

The AMEC Chapter leadership elections are now closed, as nominations did not exceed the number of vacancies the members are hereby elected and will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18 November 2021. Appointed Chapter Directors can be found here.

Key Dates 2021 elections for 2022 Board

  • Wednesday 20 October – AMEC announces nominations and open a ballot if required, e.g., if more Nominations are received than the number of vacancies in each membership category.
  • Thursday 4 November – Ballot closes
  • Thursday 18 November – results ratified and announced at the AMEC AGM.

*Important note to voting process

AMEC Board Elections – members can only vote for candidates running in their membership category – for example, a full member can only nominate or vote for another full member.

It is important to secure the support of your peers in your relevant membership category in the AMEC Board election candidates are encouraged to reach out to the stakeholders they intend to represent for support. Member directories can be found here
