This is the initial planning meeting call for this group. If you have not yet nominated a contact please send us the details to add to basecamp. We need at least one person from every member organisation to ensure the technical asset(s) represent all members and regions. According to the ICCO World PR Report for 2020-2021, investment in IT and technology is poised for growth over the next five years. We expect much of that will require innovative media intelligence, and we want to find ways for AMEC members to both lead and support this need for resources. As the CMO at DataScouting, and an AMEC member since 2014, I know we can work together to make this group and the asset(s) valuable resources for members and the pr and communication industry. Great assets for the market are only possible when collaborating on facilitating trust and open dialogue; this is only possible when we all work together and provide input. I encourage you to motivate your team members to join the Tech Hub and contribute to the works and actions of this SIG. The Tech Hub has prepared a series of actions and being involved early is your way to assure your organisation’s voice is part of the solution.
