In a final celebration of the Global showcase AMEC Measurement Month brings, with a broad spectrum of practitioners, academics and researchers collaborating to provide a spotlight to communication measurement and evaluation, we have the immense privilege to share The Learning (MEL) Manual for Public Communication by Distinguished Professor Jim Macnamara.

Through Professor Macnamara’s years of professional practice this manual brings together a combination of knowledge (e.g., of research methods and social and behavioural science) and practical experience, with a comprehensive unique collection of models, tools, templates, checklists, tips, and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, and learning, published under a Creative Commons licence.

The 2024 AMEC Global Summit on Measurement in Sofia gave delegates the opportunity to benefit from Dr Macnamara delivering the session ‘One-Third of PhD in Evaluation in Less Than One Hour’ which can also be watched on-demand.
