Date/Time Date(s) - 20/05/20213:00 pm - 4:00 pm Categories Traditional media, social media, web, e-mail marketing, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, events, risk monitoring, leadership voices, internal communication… these are just some of the communication outputs that communication M&E professionals are being asked to measure, evaluate and report on day-in, day-out. Then go measure the communication outcomes such as increase understanding, establish trust, change behavior, influence policies, mobilize citizen action, meet fundraising goals… It really takes a village and a lot of resources! But how can measurement effectively take place when the communication M&E function in an organization is just one person, or maybe even less? Where to start? Where to focus? What to drop? Join this AMEC’s Not-For-Profit group talk as part of the series Learning from Each Other, to find out how the International Development Research Center (IDRC) and the United Soybean Board (USB) are working to get an M&E practice off the ground on a shoestring budget. Speakers Fridah Mubichi-Kut from the USB and Andrew Harris from IDRC, will share their approaches and seek the group’s guidance as they roll out a communications M&E practice inside their respective organizations. Come to learn and answer questions from the speakers to help them on their M&E journey.
