The China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA) and the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC), have signed a Strategic Agreement to work together on industry education about measurement.
It follows a meeting in Beijing between Mr. Zhao Dali, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of China International PR Association (CIPRA) and Barry Leggetter, AMEC’s CEO.
Mr. Zhao Dali said as the authoritative industrial association for China’s PR industry, CIPRA will leverage its advantages of resources and platforms to conduct in-depth exchange and cooperation with AMEC.
Leggetter told Mr Zhao Dali of AMEC’s willingness to work with CIPRA to jointly promote the evaluation and measurement of PR communications.



He said “We know through our collaboration with other professional associations throughout the world that the measurement of PR work has never been more important. Our commitment to CIPRA is to work with them for the benefit of their members in China.”
The two organizations agreed on the importance of promoting the achievements of the Chinese public relations business and the international vision of CIPRA.
After the meeting, Mr. Leggetter also had a workshop with representatives of CIPRA members.
Ms. Zhang Lan and Mr. Xu Rundong, Deputy Secretary-generals of CIPRA also attended the signing ceremony of the strategic partnership agreement.
