Kalin is General Manager of Microsoft Bulgaria and Microsoft Adriatics, a region which includes 9 countries. Kalin has over 15 years of management experience at both early-stage and public companies in various industries. In his previous role he was a Country Leader for IBM in Bulgaria and Ukraine, responsible for consulting, technology services, hardware and software. Prior to IBM, Kalin was a deputy executive director in a regional insurance group, Euroins, being responsible for the sales and financial performance of the group.
