Andrew Perrin is a strategic and corporate communications specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, where he was worked since 2008. He currently serves as an advisor to ADB’s head of communications and manages the business intelligence and digital communications teams. He also leads the transformation Team tasked with moving ADB’s communication department to a new operating model in 2024. Prior to joining ADB, Andrew worked for 20 years as a journalist in Australia and foreign correspondent in Asia, where he covered the region for TIME magazine. Andrew holds a masters in development communications from Malmo University, Sweden.
