AMEC is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted in a major Awards scheme. Fingers crossed now!
We are up against some larger competitors but we’re shortlisted nevertheless in the Overall Best Association Award in The Association Excellence Awards 2017.
The Awards are organised by the Global Conference Network (GCN), an organisation focused on serving its community members, many of which are trade associations.
Richard Bagnall, Chairman of AMEC and CEO of Prime Research UK, said: “We’re delighted that AMEC is on this shortlist.
“Having AMEC recognised in this way sends a strong message to our members and the industry at large of the quality of our trade association.
“AMEC’s achievements stem from the volunteer support of our members but also the tireless work of our secretariat led by CEO Barry Leggetter, and his Assistant, Julie Wilkinson. They make things happen, supported by our ‘army’ of volunteer helpers on our working groups and board”
The winners will be announced on March 31.
