Established in early 2004, Impact is a pioneer in offering web based media monitoring & measurement services in India. We sift the ‘information’ from the ‘news’ so that our clients can focus on delivering their message through the right medium.

We offer services in 3 broad categories:

1. News monitoring: Keyword based monitoring of news from Print Media (over 30 cities in India) and Online Media. Captured news stories are delivered in customisable XML formats so that the clips integrate directly with other technology systems at clients’ side.

2. Measurement: Impact conducts secondary media research to help companies analyse their media presence (via quantitative and qualitative approaches). Impact also helps companies in identifying the impact of their media relations programmes. Results are available to clients via an interactive dashboard/ research reports.

3. Offshore media measurement services for International Measurement Companies: Impact provides end-to-end offshore media measurement services that include article cleaning, scoring, coding, interpreting and report writing services.
