“The importance of effectively measuring communication actions.”

As usual, in November the “Measurement Month” is held, an initiative promoted by the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC) that aims at pointing out the value of research, measurement and evaluation in the work carried out by communication departments.

For over 10 years, AMEC has been working to set up an integrated evaluation framework for communication professionals in order to show the impact of their work on the business of companies. Said organization holds that communication directors should work to lay down indicators and metrics to show not only the impact of their actions, but also of companies within their markets.

Carlos A. Díaz (Chairman of AMEC for Latin America and General Manager of GlobalNews Group) will be sharing new tools, methodologies and good practices in communication measurement and evaluation.
