Penelope is a Senior Vice President within Edelman Data and Intelligence (DXI), Edelman’s global insight and analytics agency. In addition to her role as Global Client Lead, Pen also leads on Employee Development and training for DXI. Lately her focus has been on embedding AI across each of these, to drive efficiency, innovation and better insights. Prior to DXI, Penelope was a Director at Gracechurch Consulting, a management consultancy focused on Commercial Insurance. Before that, she worked at GfK and TNS, after starting her career at Unilever. ​
