The feedback from Maersk was extremely positive. While our chosen methodology offered valuable insights into national as well as international financial media coverage, the two-fold reporting approach provided the instantaneous qualitative evaluation of coverage that, in conjunction with the follow-up report, served as a proactive communication tool for Maersk to refine and optimise its communications strategy instantaneously.
